Hail and Wind Damage Observations

Storm-related roof assignments document observed indicators such as bruising, granule displacement, creased or lifted shingles, and damage to soft metals and accessories. Observations are reported factually, with photographs supporting each finding.

Safety and Access

Roofs are inspected when conditions allow safe access. Where pitch, height, surface condition, or weather makes access unsafe, documentation is completed from the ground, ladder level, or by another method agreed with the client.
